Handling of Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged or exhibits defects that impair functionality, don’t hesitate to contact us immediately. We take responsibility for issues caused during manufacturing or transit. Please attach photos showing the problem, such as broken parts or visible flaws, placed on a flat surface for clarity.

Once we review and confirm the defect, we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Usually, you won’t need to send the faulty product back. These images help us improve our quality controls to prevent future issues.

Note: This warranty covers only manufacturing faults and does not include damage caused by accidents, improper handling, normal use wear, fading from sun exposure, or product modifications after purchase. The same 14-day period applies for claims here as well.

Delays and Missing Shipments

If delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, you can request a refund or a replacement. Contact our team with your order details, and we will prioritize your case. Please note that claims must be submitted within two months from the order date, as tracking info may expire afterward.
